Adults – ID card; CPF; SUS card; proof of scheduled appointment.

Children – Birth certificate or ID card; SUS card; proof of scheduled appointment.

In addition to the medical specialties that provide outpatient care, HU/UFSC offers multidisciplinary care which can be scheduled via Regulation System or through internal referral. The consultations offered are in Hospital Dentistry, Nursing, Psychology, Nutrition, Social Work, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy. The professionals of the multidisciplinary teams work primarily in high-complexity areas.
